Halifax 0% on Purchases for 15 months Ended ?

I spoke to them today- they have sent the PIN's and should send the cards today.

Glad I got this before they ended it- 15 months @ 0% will be very handy in buying my new plasma TV!

I presume you still have to make the minimum payment each month? I'm looking at putting a few grand of wedding expenses on it.

I had stuff through from Halifax this morning offering me this card on 0% for 15 months, and in a choice of 4 vibrant colours to boot :rolleyes: so the offer I assume is still open.

Having read things on this site over the last few weeks I am now worried as to why they sent the offer to me, as have never banked with them and wonder if my credit rating has something to do with it?!! Don't they want people with poor ratings who will overspend when the time is up? I've never looked at my credit rating as assume it would be OK......never been in debt as such, but have had late payments a couple of times with Barclaycard when my full payment cheques haven't got in on time and not my fault it must be said but post! No longer post now.

The 0% for 15 Months is for balance transfers at the moment (3% fee), purchases are 0% for 3 Months.

They launched a new credit card this week called Halifax Pulse which has 0% for 13 Months on transfers and 0% on purchases for 6 Months...that one comes with FIVE colours to choose from!
