Weird, I think you need to phone the CCBC and understand why it says 'received' twice but then 'rejected'. You can't guess, and this is important.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will phone them tomorrow & post the outcome here as soon as I am able.
something that has come to my attention is that NCP did write to me within the 14 days. They wrote twice. I didn't get the letters as they went to my previous address. 2 years ago my marrage broke down. My husband left. We sold the marital home & I had to move in with my parents. I renewed my licence but not my V5 doc - this is why i didn't get the letters. I immediatley sent my V5 as soon as I realised my mistake. At the time of sending my defence I said no letters recieved from NCP - which at that time was true to the best of my knowledge. Any idea how that will effect me??
Thanks again!0 -
No effect at all, it is true you received no letters.
NCP made no attempt to trace you until later (presumably, they are writing to your correct address now)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes all other mail is coming to the correct address i.e the numerous letters from BW Legal & 2 from Trace Debt Recovery, but nothing from NCP.
I did get an email in reply to my SAR request from NCP even though I asked for the information to be posted to my address (which I included). They sent copies of 2 letters, PCNTK & KLN & ANPR photos time & date stamped showing the car entering. The photo of exiting the carpark shows me driving - It's a convertable with the roof down - just when you need a rainy day!)
They state : Law does not allow them to provide me with PDT record for the day, of payments made.
If I provide date of payment & the first 6 & last 4 digits of payment card they will locate my payment & provide me details.
I paid CASH & entered my car registration number!!!
NO mention of how long I paid for or how long I over stayed by?!
Thanks once again0 -
Latest update.
Phoned number on claim form. THEY uploaded my defence twice & then rejected one!
They have received my defence. It’s all in order & I am awaiting outcome.
Watch this space !!
Thanks for your continued support guys 0 -
