Court Date recieved & witness statment
I have now recieved a date for court November 14th 2019
BW Legal have sent myself & court their witness statment
I'm now really paniced!! I have never been to court & will have to go alone!!
Tempted to contact & see what they'll offer to settle before court???
Any advice welcome

I have read the newbies thread numerous times. I cant find a WS that relates to my situation.
I overstayed in an NCP carpark & am now at the stage of attending court - Nov 14th.
I'm at a total loss as what to write. Do I add the Beavis case sign as comparrison, POFA schedule 4, Henry Greenslades wording from POPLA report 2015 etc etc - where do i find all this info?? Photo's - do I drive back to the car park & obtain. Its a 2 hour drive each way?
I don't have a PC or laptop, can't access this on my phone Am totally stressed to the max & close to giving in & paying the £242.00 charge!!! for the overstay of 52 mins
Please can someone help ?

You'd be better of spending less than £242.00 on a laptop.

You cannot do this on a phone. Borrow a laptop from family/friends.

You will also need access to a printer.

Your witness statement (WS) is a narrative, i.e. the story of what happened on the day(s) and only you know that. The WS should back up and expand upon the defence already filed and submit evidence that you have referred to in your defence or will do in your WS for example, the Abuse of Process - search for the post by beamerguy.

bear in mimd that many internet options are not available on phones and tablets, they give you a cut down bargain basement version of the internet with various options hidden or unavailable


I noticed that this week with my Iconia and faceache , some of the options to approve or block members are missing on my phone and tablet, but not on my laptop or pc


get the proper tools to do a proper job, or ask a friend if you can use their pc, there are millions of them here in the UK


try gumtree or freecycle etc
