EssexHebridean said:Coventry limited access 6 applied for here. Annoyingly they have to send us something in the post as it's a joint account (in spite of the fact that we are both existing account holders and they could simply email OH to ask him if he's OK with it!) so allowing for the state of our postal service currently it is pretty likely to be next month before we actually see the account being opened. Annoying as I wanted it to dump the contents of the soon to be maturing regular savers from the same provider into. Sigh.0

I opened the Coventry 6 access saver the day they launched the account. Once I've got my money out of Monmouthshire's Premium Instant account, which should hopefully be by the end of the month, it shall be heading to Coventry.
EDIT:
Monmouthshire has now approved my nominated account for transfers, clearly they've just received/processed my bank statement.3 -

Logged in to my account and went to open it from the list of easy access accounts available, and it didn't show up.
Logged out, went to the main site, it still shows there, so went via the "log in and apply" option and after using that route got the "click continue to open the account" button.
So it would appear that it is in the process of being withdrawn now.
Coventry's account opening procedure is the best in the business in my view.6 -

And when you're not logged in it's not under 'limited access', its under Easy Access.
Presumably designed to confuse.5 -

Applied for a Coventry non online online account, 3 weeks later received application form to return to them. Because of the delay I had decided not to proceed so returned the form unsigned with letter of explanation. Today received the application form again with letter saying they cannot open the account as I hadn't signed the form. Not exactly the best account opening in Coventry never mind the business. Went elsewhere (Chorley and Principality) both opened accounts in 5 minutes and now funded -- not 8 weeks with Coventry.0 -

And if you need to make any transactions, then just click on the 'Continue to Online Services' - they ping a code to your mobile phone to use to get full access to your account.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk5 -
