the day after I closed one of their accounts! not to worry as that balance is moving to a 95-day notice instead.

another new entry for the easy access table - Family Building Society Premium Saver Issue 6 @ 1.50% - £1k minimum, interest paid annually, no monthly interest option and seems that you can only fund until 16th August (after that no more deposits allowed).

Yes, the rate is still unattractive, but it is useful to see what some of the backmarkers are doing in terms of keeping up with the leaders.
