I was just reading through their FAQs and you'll need a nominated (connected) account in order to make a deposit...

No, we can only accept money from a bank account that we have verified as belonging to you. We will return any money sent from accounts that haven’t been verified. If you wish to transfer funds from a different account, select ‘Connect a new current account’ through the ‘Pay in via Open Banking’ screen in the app. Once we’ve verified this new account, you can then transfer money in and out of it.

I just opened a Tandem account and they didn’t ask me to provide any ID. I picked my bank from a list for the open banking and it is all set up and a couple of deposits have been done.

There's no limit by Tandem.  You can send via bank transfer up to the max (250k).

Just looked this up myself. It’s monthly on a fixed date…..just not sure what the date is but guessing it’s monthly anniversary of account opening.

My existing Issue 9 has automatically gone to this. 4.65%AER / 4.55%gross pcm.

mine still says 0.00% as i've been waiting since last Tuesday for ST to do an internal transfer from Iss7 to Iss9 - it would have been quicker for me to withdraw and deposit it myself.

My close & transfer from Issue 7 to 9 happened this morning, requested last Monday. Usually same or next day. They must be a tad busy! Hopefully yours will occur tomorrow.
