Good news! We’ll be increasing interest rates by 0.25% AER* on all variable rate accounts that are no longer on-sale on our website, to match today’s Bank of England Base Rate increase.
The increased rates will be effective from 18 August 2023 and will be applied automatically to eligible accounts.@soulsaver plus Easy Access Issue 43 at 4.50% AERwon't trouble the top ones but FYI

Plus 30 minutes is a long time in the current environment, Charter now has EA Issue 43 at 4.5% (0.5% lower than Issue 42 currently and 0.3% lower than Issue 42 rate will be from 18:08).0 -
Sure, I'm just saying it's mildly irritating that they've confirmed an increase in their NLA accounts but not their open ones0

"Savings rates:
- All of our variable rate member accounts will receive a rate increase of 0.25%, reflecting the full increase in bank base rate on 3 August. Find out more about changes to our savings rates. Find out more about changes to our savings rates."
Am I being daft and missing something but I'm wondering why this would exclude the Limited Online Issue 47 though when you click on their link, the 47 doesn't appear there I don't think.1 -

When does Chip pay interest? I made a £1 deposit on 30 June and then a large lump sum on 1 July. I'm sure it's meant to be paid monthly but whether its a month from when I opened or 1st of the month.. I think I should've been paid the interest by now? Still showing as accrued though.
