Just to confirm another poster's experience before, I made a withdrawal from Newcastle BS today at 3.57pm and it cleared into my other account by the time I checked at 5.40pm. So it does appear that the lady I spoke with was correct in saying that it is same working day withdrawals if requested by 4pm.3

I'm slightly over on Coventry at the moment due to FHS regular saver but not losing any sleep over it and will rebalance in due course. If Coventry goes down the pan we'll have different worries than a few £s lost.2 -
