not sure if it's been mentioned, but Monument Bank now has an EA account paying 3.73% that looks to be app-only - you need to have a minimum of £25k saved with them, but that can be spread between it's EA and Fixed accounts.

Kent Reliance Issue 59 EA at 3.65%

Tied with Secure Trust Bank at TOTP spot 10 @soulsaver

    https://www.kentreliance.co.uk/savings/easy-access-savings-account

    £1k min etc.
Secure Trust Bank seems to be 3.8%.

    https://www.securetrustbank.com/savings/access-accounts/access-account

min. 1k for each deposit, though.

Good point, you’re the first to spot that I think - MoneyFacts and TOTP list need to be updated

Regarding Hampshire Trust Easy Access, does anyone know whether they tend to increase rates for their existing accounts, or do they keep releasing new issues and if so, how easy is to transfer to the new accounts every time?

I came in on Issue 9 and it has been new Issue 11 for uplift to 3.82%. I did over the phone this morning, can take up to 48 working hours to show online apparently. There is also an email option for existing savers.

they haven't automatically updated my issue 9, but I emailed them ten minutes ago about it - I assume they will either update the issue on the existing account, or open a new account and transfer the balance across (hopefully the former rather than the latter).
  • I prefer monthly interests which I can see clearly the earning. Investec is good rate ,monthly interest, fast payment and easy use online.

I'm looking for an account that is almost instant transfers in/out (like Marcus).  Which would be best for that ?

Hampshire Trust Bank - Online Easy Access Account (Issue 11)
    or
Investec Bank plc Online Flexi Saver

    Thanks in advance
