Yes, unfortunately your payments through OB can still be blocked. In my experience, though, it happens much less frequently. Only this morning, I was unable to get money out of Starling by Faster Payment but it worked like a dream with OB (into Tandem, as it happens). It's a matter of trying. Good luck.

Can I ask, how long did payments into Tandem take to show? (I mean the ones that weren't held up for any reason). I noticed on their website it says that most payments arrive and show within 2 hours but can take up to 24 hours, so hearing anyone's typical experience would be helpful. Thanks

I’ve never known it to take more than 20 minutes - comparable to Zopa.

Tandem takes 10-20 mins for me too.

Around 10 mins max in my experience. Similar for withdrawals.

I opened the Triple Access Saver yesterday, Sunday, and have deposited the minimum £5,000 required this morning.

Looks like I timed it well if Skipton have now withdrawn that particular savings product?
