It’s very very irritating that they’re they’re intellect is off a cat.
I’ve done everything with no one replies whatsoever. :mad:0 -

They shouldn't keep the funds.0 -
Literally you don’t understand how much I’ve tried and tried,
Yes one word answers or ‘sorry I have no update’ ‘ it’s being passed to a specialist’ for 2 months!!!
Very very very annoying rude and awful.
Contacted FOS they have no update and apparently they go through age order. So could prob be waiting a year.
Just no replies. I need my money.0 -
I'm a bit confused about whether you have actually made a written complaint to Monzo.
From what you have typed, I understand that you have complained on their public forum. But this is not the same as making an official complaint. You should write to Monzo, via Royal Mail, with your official written complaint, so that they have to write back.
Their full postal address is:
Complaints, Monzo, 38 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1PX
Once you have their official written response to your complaint, then you can escalate to the FOS (via Royal Mail again), if the resolution offered by Monzo is not satisfactory.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job

I have complained via writing and email officially to monozo. Sorry for not clearing it up.
But monzo have closed the complaint - and have stated that’s the end of it with no response about the funds remaining.0 -
In that case you must escalate to the FOS, in writing, via Royal Mail. Quite simply, Monzo should not be holding your funds indefinitely.I have complained via writing and email officially to monozo. Sorry for not clearing it up.

It’s with the FOS. They are in process from wasting from monzo to reply. There’s been no response as it’s still within the time limit of them to respond.0

They shouldn't keep the funds.
In many situations they do not need to return the funds.
Once the decision not to return the funds, there is nothing a consumer can do about it.0
