Sorry for being so repetitive, it's just I'm getting mixed messages, the guys over at pepipoo told me to contact NSL telling them they failed to send me a NTK and politely tell them not to contact me again about the issue. So, is contacting NSL from hereon a mistake or okay to just tell them it's been way over the 56 day period and no NTK has been received.0

It has been said several times on here:As you are posting on Pepipoo too, you might want to stick to one or other. You'll not get twice the advice, only twice the confusion.0

So I'm in a situation now, where I have emailed NSL a couple times saying that they can no longer pursue me for this PCN because of their failure to comply with the POFA for not sending a NTK and not requesting my details from DVLA. And both times, they have continued to state that the PCN has been enforced correctly and will still chase me up on this matter. With a little more research I have found that POFA may not apply to my situation because NSL operate from Tower Hamlets Homes which means NSL doesn't have a lease contract from the council. Could this mean my whole defence has been shattered?0

I repeat my earlier advice then, as nothing has changed:Coupon-mad wrote: »Not sure NSL will do court, so don't hold your breath!
If there was no NTK posted, then you can't be held liable unless you tell them who was driving, so don't do that, of course.
The only reason to contact NSL now (except if you get a LBC or court claim) is if you move house within 6 years, as you must keep your address up to date to make sure you don't run the risk of not seeing a sneaky court claim years later.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even if the land was not relevant land, they STILL can't hold a keeper liable!
