ZZPS letter

Hi,

I have read the newbies thread, however I wanted to clarify if these people can adversely affect my credit history?
I originally received a notice in the post from ce enforcement. I appealed via their website but they said I was too late. I have read the forums here and ignored them. Now I have a letter from ZZPS and a bill for £170 with further threats. What do I do? I am about to apply for a mortgage and these people could effectively prevent that if they lodge a default.... so for me, the stakes are high. Anyone advise what I do from here. this has been dragging along since August last year...they appear not to give up

thanks

They cannot affect your credit file. It is an unsubstantiated debt not a credit agreement.

F0xtrot, you need to be reading post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where there is comprehensive guidance on how to deal with debt collectors letters.

Post again on this thread if you ever receive a Letter of Claim or official court correspondence and you need further help.

ZZPS are just complete idiots, you don't owe £170, these morons add on fake amounts. POWERLESS DROIDS TO IGNORE <<< SCAMMERS

Read up about these morons here

If the PPC decides to go further, come back here and in the meantime ignore ALL DEBT COLLECTOR MORONS, they eventually go back to the sewers whence they came

thanks to all, I will attempt to hold my nerve....!
  • Remember to inform the PPC of your new address if you do move house.
They have upto 6 years to issue a claim.
You don’t want court papers going to an old address.
That’s how you get a default CCJ.

Hi , I have now received a letter from QDR demanding payment of £182 or they will take me to court. Do I respond to them - or wait for the next move?

I can't see how to upload any files using this forum software.

    thanks

There are a number of recent threads involving the CEL ZZPS QDR triangle.

Did QDR give you 30 days to respond, and attached a number of forms for completion, in their letter?

Do a forum search on keywords CEL ZZPS QDR and read the advice given on those.

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' button and on the following page place your keyword(s) in the 'Search By Keyword(s)' and make sure the 'Show Results As' button (at the foot of the window) is changed from 'Threads' to 'Posts'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi, there was no other form,

it says failure to pay or discuss payment within 14 days may result in their recommendation to their client that they pass the matter to their litigation dept. this may mean they will look to obtain a CCJ against you..

I will get reading the other threads, thanks

Then that is a debt collector letter, not a LBC. IGNORE QDR.

It's a good time to send a SAR to the parking firm by email, though. The NEWBIES thread tells you which template to use and how to find the DPO email address of pretty much any parking firm...but please don't post telling us they don't have one, it is so tedious for us to be delayed like that, and always wrong.

I am sure CEL have a privacy page.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Hi, so I emailed their data protection officer address with a request for SAR, however I have had heard nothing back, or any acknowledgement from civil enforcement. Should I email them again or just wait?

    thanks
