Santander Refer a Friend

So between spouses, we'd be able to tell which vouchers are which depending on who was the referrer. Do they send both vouchers simultaneously?

Hmm, I tried this morning and ended up going through customer services, being (supposedly) put through to the switch team and then being told I could only do that in a branch via an appointment.

Perhaps the switch team you need only work Monday to Friday? I would try again on Monday and see what happens. I have successfully done several switches by phone and the member of staff sounded very familiar with the process

Worked fine for Mrs Zanderman by phone this (Saturday) morning - and we've done this on other Saturdays too.

I am waiting for 18/4. I phoned S at the beginning of the week as it was 30 days since I requested them - they said they had a big batch going out by the end of this week and one of mine was amongst them (they have apparently lost my DH's set from the same date). Nothing has arrived so I will be phoning them again tomorrow.

You can contact the Switcher Team on 0800 085 2202. Lines are open Monday to. Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Avoiding any fees. It's a good ...
