I don’t think the lady drinks pints!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In the NEWBIE thread, look for the following: -
A SAR is free. Ask for (as a minimum):
    - ALL photos taken
    - all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier
    - if the car park was Pay and Display, ALWAYS ask for a PDT machine record from that day, of payments made (VRNs can be partially redacted but insist on getting this and follow it up if they refuse).
    - all data held, all evidence they will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK
    - and a list of all PCNs they consider are outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims.

    No it is not.
At the bottom right of every single one of their webpages there is a link to their 'privacy statement'.

In there you will find the email address of their Data Protection Officer.

There is a link to a SAR template in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

I'd have simply Googled Euro Car Parks privacy and not gone looking from the home page of a website. That's what is recommended in the NEWBIES thread when doing a SAR - just Google the PPC's name plus the word 'privacy'.

  • Hello again, i have the SAR template and its in an email, with a photo of my V5c, the template says to add my phone number is that right.?? once i have the answer I will send it off.

also it says it could take a month to get this data It is 25 days since i got the rejection - so i only have 3 days left ( i know you said 32 days?) so will still need to submit my popla this week.

Feeling the panic again - but know you lot are all calm and do this all the time.

Im, just nipping out then i will do a final check, but going to put my mobile onto the SAR application to ECP. and send tonight ( sunday). Then I have 3 days to submit the POPLA, but have had a conversation and we are pretty sure the TOTAL 14 mins cannot exceed more than 10 mins either side as it took a while to park due to how tight the carpark was.

Hope you are all having a good Sunday.
