    Speaking as another user that never visits the main site I found the survey difficult to complete and most of my answers were negative or neutral.

    Perhaps next time you should do a survey about how we use and view the usefulness of the forum.

    I really only use the forums on a regular basis but I occasionally find myself using the website for advice on pensions or ISAs.

    Worth completing anyway!
