Hi everyone,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and I'm sorry you're not able to access Credit Club right now.
There appears to be an issue currently with Experian's own verification system. We've raised this with Experian who are currently investigating.
For now, you may wish to try again later on today and hopefully this will be resolved.0 -
It's saying me and my wife have failed the verification process

Yup - can't even login to Experian's own website directly either0
-
I use the Experian identity service to log in to GOV.UK Verify and that is also down.
PS: I have just tried the Experian mobile app and it says that they are undergoing some maintenance and to try again later.
If it was planned maintenance they should have had a message on all of their platforms. If they were experiencing unforeseen technical problems they should have said this.
I hope this is not going to end up as another hacking incident with our data being compromised.0 -
Experian is up and running now.:)
PS. I just need to qualify this. I was able to login to my MSE Credit Club Experian Credit report.
However when I tried to login to Experian directly both for the credit reporting site and the GOV.UK Verify site I am being asked to verify my identity with my passport number or driving licence and other sensitive pieces of personal information.
It may be fine and the site is https but all the same it does leave me a bit nervous so I have not re-verified my identity with Experian at this point in time.0
