All drinks were complimentary when I flew Tui long haul 9 weeks ago.
Maybe they have changed it for 20190 -
I am sure you will receive one main meal, although from my experience on most flights the quality of the food will be average at very best. As for free unlimited alcoholic drinks I would have thought this would be unlikely on a package holiday. All inclusive holidays does not include the flight. You could always E Mail TUI with your booking reference and flight number asking them this question.0

4As far as I can recall as it was a little time back TUI served one main meal and one smaller meal with tea or coffee. One complimentary drink with the main meal. I thought I had to pay for any other alcoholic or soft drinks. Virgin were more generous two main meals and a free bar whilst British Airways was similar to Virgin but only one main meal and a sandwich. It might have all changed now. These were on flights to America and the Caribbean. Maybe there is a difference between a scheduled flight and a package holiday flight.0

Last Thomson Dreamliner flight for me was 2 months ago from Barbados after a cruise.
Main meal, and a breakfast thingie [bap]. Drinks were free, and they weren't tight either.
Dreamliner is a great aircraft, only problem if you can call it one is 3-3-3 in Economy.0 -
Drinks were free on our flight to Cancun by TUI Dreamliner aircraft, but only when the cabin crew came through the plane with the trolley. That was sufficient for us and it did stop some passengers going over the top with the amount of alcohol they consumed. Food was just about OK with one main meal and another light meal. I have also been long haul with Thomas Cook and what you receive is very restrictive and mean. Virgin schedule flight the food was better and you could go to one of the galleys and request drinks.0

Looking at the TUI website highlighted in post 22 it does seem to indicate you have to pay for some alcholic drinks during your flight. So from that it does not appear to be a free bar for all of your journey.0
