Does the NTK say that you had 28/29 days till keeper liability, or was it one of those weird ones saying 42 days (near the bottom, front page)?
Just checking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Fair enough, I wasn't disputing the fact - I wonder why they lie in the paperwork then? Should I add that to my complaint to the BPA?0 -

They are not lying about the POPLA deadline, it's officially 28 days, but we have found that POPLA doesn't close the door on appeals until day 32. Nothing to complain about. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I assume on the original document you will add a header with your name and the POPLA code, otherwise it's a document with no identification.
If you are citing rights under your lease you are going to have to show POPLA excerpts from that lease that support your case, and proof it is your lease (your name on the front page/signature box etc., as well as the relevant excepts granting you a prior unfettered right to park).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
