I have today received a letter from the CCBC stating that my application to amend my defence has been referred to a deputy District Judge for directions. It can take 4-6 weeks to receive a response.
Is it worth me starting my witness statement before I know if my amendment has been allowed?
Also, I'm assuming if the court allows my amended defence that they will forward it to Bw legal?0 -
Yes, the more you can do the better
Don't assume
Serve it on them is my suggestion.0 -
If it was part of a N244 application then yes they should, but why not email a copy to BW Legal so they can't bleat later?I'm assuming if the court allows my amended defence that they will forward it to Bw legal?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was worried about emailing BW legal prior to notification from the court that they are allowing my amended defence as I didn't want them to be able to block it somehow.....0

I've had the freedom of information as requested today....
1) The date when the Land was bought by the Tamworth Borough Coucil.
2) Within the article, it states that NCP have a long term lease to operate the Gungate Car Park Section. Can you please let me know the date which this Lease started?
3) Does this mean that NCP are in possession by way of leasehold title in the land?
1) 04/06/2018
2) NCP were a tenant of the former owner, the lease passing was dated 4th February 2018 (prior to our ownership).
3) The lease is of sufficient length to be registerable
I have also had notification from the court to allow my amended defence.0
