I searched and found a thread this person had bought a ticket but had no proof he had, but I couldn’t find one similar to my situation0 -
Search for the obvious minimal two keywords:
sip euro
and change the ADVANCED SEARCH to 'show results as POSTS' (THIS FORUM ONLY).
I just did and found several, including one with photos.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It clearly states:These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA wepage!0 -
This is all very confusing for me I’m not very good with technology I don’t have a clue how to create a pdf0

Where have you written your appeal in MSWord?
Most word processing software gives one the option to save as a pdf.
What word processing software are you using?
Please keep in mind that this board is about parking tickets.
Teaching you how to use a computer could perhaps be considered outside the scope of that.
There are other forums that are better placed to deal with that - even the MSE Techie Stuff board will help.
Even sticking how to create a pdf into google will give you answers.0 -
