I make that £802.65 in debt payments, then £255 on the other stuff. So you currently need an income of £1057.65 just to break even (not counting payment to your relative).
If the car goes then that'll save you the £85 in insurance and £40 petrol.
It's difficult because of your varying income but realistically what sort of wage should you be getting when the business is going fully? Remember to factor in NI and Income Tax.
You could probably go down the DMP route but it will affect your credit rating for a good few years, which may affect mortgages and renting. Not sure how this would affect you given the situation with your girlfriend. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Had CCCS interview thing this morning, not really sure it was worth wasting 40 mins of my time for them just to say they are sending me an info pack out, but we will see.

Followed this with interest.
Worth wasting 40 minutes of your time? Looks like you have been wasting a heck of a lot of time and effort getting into debt, borrowing more to pay your debts and getting further in it. Harsh but take that from lessons learned from my own personal experience.
£500-£1000 per month just does not cut it.
You could run this part time I think. Start looking for another source of income, i.e get a full time job and see if you can keep this going too. If you are good at webdesign you should earn a good salary with a company.
You mentioned that the businesss is going well and you have the opportunity to buy a franchise for 8K. Don't even go there, if you're doing it, others will be too and there may not be enough work out there, so stop dreaming.
Your business is not in a strong enough position to look after you, let alone your girlfriend and soon a child.
Take responsibility. Your a grown man, living at home with your parents. All I can say is how lucky you are to have them supporting you.
People on here will give you advice, some you will take, some you won't. Probably best not to reply with off comments. The reason why you make those comments is because of how crap you feel, and at this moment you don't see a way out of this, in fact it may get a whole lot worse for some considerable time.
But, if YOU make an effort, if YOU get off your backside and figure it out YOURSELF then it will get better.
Only YOU can make this change for the better, hopefully with the help of loved ones/friends. There will be people who will help you, but it's you that will make this happen.
But no more borrowing, no looking to consolodate loans. Wait for the pack, read it, take notice of it, then make a decision to see if CCCS is right for you.
Oh and good luck. Believe it or not, get through this (which I expect you to) and you'll look back on this one day as hopefully a valuble moment in life.0 -
Well that was pretty harsh.
Fair in some cases, but making a point that I am a grown man living at home with parents, I'm only 24!!
The business will work and i AM sticking at it.
I look forward to receiving the pack.
Thanks for your comments.

Hiya sweetie,
So I'm guessing the lady with the magic wand was off duty today then?
It's a process hon. Step by step.
It'll be worth it in the end.
As Martin says "There's always a solution."
He doesn't say anything about instant answers or miracles though.
The CCCS is inundated at the moment and it's faster if you fill in all your details and info about your debts in the pack at home and send it -than if they go through everything on the phone with you.
It enables them to get to the next person who needs them faster.
Stick with it sweetie,

Only 24?
A grown man with a child on the way making between £500 - £1000 per month.
Just ensure your ego (in relation to your business) does not cloud other matters in your life.
Hows the part time job hunting going?0 -

So are you saying I need to go through my debts a third time with them?
I did it with the first person, then the interviewer today, SURELY not again?
I know its a process but I hoped for a little hope to come from the phone call, not just 'we will send you an info pack'.
HOPEFULLY it will contain some useful info though.

The only reason I make little is because my business has only been running for 6 months.
It hasnt stopped growing so I have faith in it.
Still looking for additional revenue streams.

How many hours are you working on this business per week? How many days per week? Do you work from home?
When you say looking at revenue streams, how are you doing this?0 -
I work every hour under the sun.
Currently formulating partnerships with other companies to handle all their design work.
Several marketing campaigns to begin in the next few weeks.
Alongside this I am looking for a temporary evening / weekend position and my partner is doing a lot of marketing for my business.0
