Thanks but are any of them more suitable for me?

    Yes.

That's why everyone's been recommending them all throughout this thread.

They will give you unbiased advice and practical help.

None of them will charge you money - unlike the people you called who just wanted your IVA payments.

    There's always a solution honey.

CCCS, Payplan and the CAB can help you find it

  • I have an appointment with a CCCS advisor Monday 10.15 and i really hope they can help.

Should I just sit and wait now?

That's the best thing to do, and gather together as much information for then as possible, so you can have any paperwork to hand when you speak to them.

So start and end dates for loans, APRs, everything you spend

have you done an SOA yet?

Also if you receive any more phone calls state on the phone that you will only deal with them via post (in writing).

That will stall them until the CCCs take over :)

The other thing to do when you have done you soa, is to get on with your life, do some work, spend some time with the GF, and look forward to the birth of your son/daughter :)

Get all you financial info together.

    APR's, Income, outgoings, everything.

If you do a SOA that will give them lots of the info they need.

and if you post it on here, we'll advise you too.

Reading around this board will help too. You'll learn loads, and find out that lots of people are managing debts like yours. Hopefully it'll make you feel more positive.

  • Hi

I read your message with dismay, what a bad run of luck.

If there are times when you feel seriously down about it, or anything else for that matter, read on....

I came across a video on youtube when particularly under stress myself. And, I have to say it looked a bit weird, but I promise you, works.

It will offer immediate relief from any negative feeling such as stress/depression/anxiety.

    Strong claims, but try it.

I have no affiliation with the link, I nor the owner of the clip make any profit from you viewing it.

I just know that it works, so if you or anyone else who has come across my reply reads this that needs a lift, I feel happy that someone will benefit from it. Please pass it on. But do not dismiss it until you have watched the video and followed the simple onscreen instructions. Will only take you about 5 minutes.

And I wish you the best in getting out of the rut.

    Here is the link....... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6r7OZwhcqxY

    Followed the video right through.

Stupid waste of time comes to mind, I feel the same, just my hands ache.

  • Thanks Guys.

Is there a tool or something for creating a SOA?

I would love to spend time with the girlfriend and enjoy life but I am not a nice person right now due to the stress I am under and I dont want that to affect her (any more than it is already)

    Hey sweetie,

I'm having trouble with links today but if this one is "empty"
then the budget planner is on the right hand side of the home page.

Here's my SOA so you can see the "standard" format:

    How Rude!

I take the time to send you a message WITH NOTHING TO GAIN! this really helped me, why else would I share it?
But you dont just say Thanks for the thought.

No, you go the extra mile and downright insult me.

What the hell is wrong with people.

I understand fully now how you have got in the mess you are in,

You bite the hand that feeds you, its in your nature!

all these good people on here are using their own time, their own advice (probably from learning the hard way)

And you just make a mockery of it.

What began as a genuine offer to try and help has been completely turned around into an insult and has resulted in annoying someone innocent.

    Cheers!
