What extra stuff do you get with Win10 Pro that you don't get with Win 10 Home???

For the vast, vast majority of home users, Windows 10 Home is perfectly fine. Probably the main feature that people may use on Windows 10 Pro is the ability to defer Windows updates ... the Home version gets an update when Microsoft makes it available, you can't stop it. The other features of Pro are largely irrelevant in the home environment.

As above. I have Win 10 Pro and Home on various machines I use (including an XPS 15) and can't say that I have noticed any difference between them.

While the OP has gone quiet, these instructions are also recommended when you have one (or more) Windows10 computers to upgrade to Microsoft's latest version. (I've just rescued a broken Windows 1803 installation by doing this "in place repair upgrade.")

Using any Windows computer computer, download the media creation tool to the hard drive from here :-
(click on "download tool" and NOT "update now")
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

    And run it.
    Accept the terms.
Choose "Create installation media for another PC"

UNtick "use the recommended options for this PC" so that you can adjust the options in this window.
choose your language, edition (W10) and architecture (64 or 32 bit)

Choose USB flash drive (and make sure there is one in the slot that is empty and has 8G free)
pick the drive from the list it offers and let it download windows and complete the USB

Next , eject the Stick from current PC and put it in the PC to be updated.

Run the setup.exe from the USB and follow the instructions.
