Someone crashed into my parked car and is now claiming it was illegally parked, please help

    You can't really see in that picture but there were tyre marks present which track my car to its final resting spot.

    What have the police said about the accident?

    If the driver wasn`t drunk or on drugs they should take her license away for being a poop driver.

    The Police can only police the situation, the courts are authorised to deal with if the license should be held or not.
