It's hard to see how anyone who hits a stationary object can be less than 100% to blame.

Even if a car is blocking the road, that is no excuse.

If I were the Op I'd also report the TP to the police for refusing to give her address.

Hmm, perhaps I read the recentish news article incorrectly, RR vs people carrier, RR's wife owns the roads

I'd like to know what sort of damage the TP had considering they hit it with enough force to move you such a distance. It takes a lot to move a parked vehicle 15 yards up the road, what was she driving?

The other driver is entirely at fault. Given how long it took her to return to the scene I would suggest there is a very high chance she was drunk and went home to sleep it off only returning when she knew she would pass a breath test. Why else would she not have stopped at the time and left details or looked for the owner.

Given how far you suggest she pushed your car I wonder how she was able to drive away, what was she driving a tank.

She was driving a 07 Mazda MX5 (or so she claims).

As for how she drove away I have no idea, she told me that her windscreen was smashed and after the accident I could see her bumper had fallen off 50 yards up the road along. One of her headlights, part of a tyre and various other debris from her car were found at the scene. She also said she was lucky to have survived, I believe alcohol or drugs may have been involved.

Perhaps you want to edit your post, as soon as I see this car mentioned in a post on this board , from a poster with a low post count, from other threads it is the signal to stop taking the posting seriously, seems dark.

Maybe it's the model without the rear brakes.

Her claiming your car was parked illegally has no bearing on her driving into it. If your car was there for her to see she should have seen it and stopped.

What your and her insurers decide to do is another matter. If you want them to go after her for full liability you'll have to talk to them about that.

    Done, thanks.

Is it considered a car of poor repute?

The car no, the posters that post about them seem to have their posting privalges removed some short time after, perhaps just pure coincidence.

That's my intention as I legally parked my car and she crashed into it and claimed I parked it 15 yards up the road blocking a priority chicane where only single file traffic can pass through.
