Yet another Separation - but also changing jobs.

Erectile Dysfunction - which may be because of the depression or a cause of even both. However - clearly not all the time.
Report the assault. Then start the divorce proceedings with that as grounds. It may be a tough fight but there's no easy way out.
Or if you feel brave enough - threaten that as a way to get your husband to move out (back to Mum) and agree to a no fault divorce once you've been separated long enough. May be easier on your son but no guarantee that husband will keep his word.
Oh yes I did mention that, I couldn't find it so didn't want to assume!
Yes it is probably a result of his depression. At the moment I am talking to him again, albeit briefly because I'm trying to work out whether my son should live with me or him. I don't think Ex will do anything like this again, after seeing the state he was in last night he's very remorseful and hates himself. I'm trying to consider whats best for my son. I don't want to have a kneejerk reaction and "take" my son away from his father, but I'm trying to consider the risks of leaving him with him. And I just don't know what to do. Obviously my parents think our son should reside with me, Exs parents have already forgiven their son and said it was just misinterpretation and that it would devastate my ex to not have our son live with him. I'm being pushed and pulled about and have no idea what to do.£5000 left to pay on credit cards, down from 40k!!0 -
The reason for the divorce is irrelevant. It makes no difference.

As someone with experience - its just words on a page. No-one actually cares what the words say. My ex divorced me on grounds of my unreasonable behaviour. There was a list of this behaviour which was not deemed unreasonable at the time. But if it makes him feel better.....
