-
hi peeps need help getting out of a business contract i have with orange the buisness has gone no money in it and has gone ?
You would have been better starting a new thread.
If the business has gone under then the usual bankrupcy rules apply to any contracts in force, and it all depends on the buisness state (sole trader, partnership, limited company and so on) and also if the contract was take out by you as an individual or by the business.
You need to talk to whoevers dealing with the bankrupcy as it may be a business liability they need to address.0
