Sorry your original post doesn't make it clear...are you the owner of the property or the tenant.
The responsibility is ultimately that of the owner to get the vehicle removed although this can be done in conjunction with the managing agents for complex (not to be confused with the letting agent if you are a tenant)
If you are a tenant you need to raise your concern with the LL and property owner who can contact the management company
If you are the owner of the property you can approach the management company.
The first step is to alert all owners of the abandoned vehicle and in most cases if it is not removed within a set period (where I live that is 45 days) it can be removed by the management company and unfortunately costs can be passed back to the communal pot if it is not possible to pass those costs to the owner of the vehicle.
I guess each management company have set procedures on how to deal with abandons however there should be something in place to deal with those events...if you are the owner of your property check with them and if you are the tenant please ask your LL to check on your behalf.in S 38 T 2 F 50

Whatever the status of the OP, they said they have already contacted the management company.
lots of management companies will only deal direct with the owner not the tenant in my experience,so the outcome could be more positive if it is the owner who contacts.in S 38 T 2 F 50

We had a car on the road near us no MOT, police were not bothered.
Once the tax ran out council slapped a notice on it gone soon after.0 -

We had the same issue with one of our guest parking spaces. We just contacted the management company and they dealt with it. The procedure does take couple of months but in the end it was removed.0

Contact your landlord, they are ultimately responsible for I in terms of you.0

Right now its no ones problem but yours.
If however the car mysteriously rolled into the middle of the parking lot then it becomes everyone's problem.
A problem shared is a problem halved and all that.
just make sure your car is in that space so it cant just be pushed back in.0 -
Contact a local scrap metal merchant and ask them to take it away
You'll need a dodgy scrap man. A bona fide one will want the V5.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
