Having recently test driving a new BMW I was informed by the salesman that the car I drove would be exactly the same as the car I would get if I bought it. I decided to order the car and join taking delivery I realised the specification was different. How do I stand do i have any rights?

What specification is on the sales invoice?0

How different? Unfortunately your description is rather vague. It could be anything from a different make of tyres but identical in every other way to completely different from that description.0

Basically the car I test drove had a premium package the car I’ve bought has a M Sport package, the difference being electric seats, panoramic sunroofThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
