Recommendation for in car mobile phone holder please

After trying quite a few I've found osomount a good brand - they stick to the dashboard using a very sticky subtance and suction and the stickyness can be refreshed by running it under hot water.

If anyone stumbles upon this thread, I plumped for the Ram Mount.
I picked it because it seems to cope with thicker phones - as mine is in a otterbox case with a front cover.

The magnet holders do not hold a large screen iPhone in an otterbox heavy duty case - I already have a useless one in the car.

I think this depends - on the magnet.
Good ones hold even tablets.
That said, I agree that it's worth testing in a shop, not buying online.
