Recommendation for in car mobile phone holder please

I have a 6plus in an otterbox case, any in car holder I’ve ever bough has been useless.
I might trade up to the new big iPhone soon is it the Xmax or xplus - whatever it is & I’ll probably put it in another chunky otterbox case.

Can anyone recommend an incar holder (for when I use it as a sat nav)?
Don’t mind if it’s a window sucker or even a screw to the dash.

I buy the appropriate phone holder to match the phone/case. When I change car I buy the appropriate mounting clip, for each car there are usually a few mounting options. They will all fix to part of the dashboard or air vent in such way they do not need screws or damage the car.

That's right. They are not cheap but they work really well. Been using them for over 20 years or so.

I really like the side consul fitting - I’ve never seen that in a mobile cradle. It’s neither blocking the window nor the air vents.
I’ve seen one that slips in your cup holders - but that seems too low & anyway I always seem to use them!

I use Magnet Mobile Phone Car Holder with ring finger stand stick on my cheap mobile phone case. I don't have iphone, so no idea how heavy it is.

They are lovely and neat and smart, but won’t take an iPhone plus size with an otterbox case in a moving car :-)
I’ve got one in the car, from an earlier phone.
