  • They are for sure going bust they owe a company that i work for over £20K , three months of calls to the finance director, CEO and others, always in meetings, never return calls.

The CEO is obviously planning to bust the company and walk away with the funding, avoid at all costs. I have contacted watchdog and MSE who are referring this company still.

Who did you contact at MSE, and what are they doing to assist you?

I asked the same question a few months ago concerning one select, all the replies I received presumed I was overreacting, guess what happened to one select. Suggest you start looking for an alternative supplier.

they will have lost a lot of customers (like me) when they increased there prices last autumn so it would not surprise me if they go bust soon due to cash flow issues

if the regulator stops them from taking on new customers due to their awful customer service & equally awful online billing system they will almost definately go bust IMO - been predicting it for quite a while now, more a matter of when rather than if

Suites me as Ive just left them for two different properties & I owe them money on both - cancelled my direct debit a long time ago when I started reading all the complaints of how it was impossible to get a refund from them

the issues Ive had with them have been numerous throughout the relatively short time I used them - definately the worst experience Ive had in over 20 years of home ownership

Oh dear, not looking good. I switched to them recently, as it is only Ebico and Solarplicity I believe that offer a no standing charge tariff, and after Ebico increased my prices by 50% I switched to Solarplicity as they were now cheaper.

I've had so many problems with direct debit over the years and earning a large cash balance I have a struggle to get back, I switched to "pay on receipt of bill", to avoid building credit. Except they had over-estimated my usage, so I paid the bill generated on estimated readings and supplied new readings. This meant after they re-calculated my account was in credit. But now I cannot see how much I am in credit by, because it's gone down and I fear that might be lost if they go bust.

My Account -> Sign In. Do you have an error now? The home page is working, but the billing part seems not to be. I tried it at work earlier and I tried it at home now, both show the same "down for maintenance" message.
