No which is why I pointed you to the fact we have a 'hidden keypad' template defence.
A common scam and certainly defendable at your local court (a proper hearing, unlike POPLA!).

Update - I've emailed POPLA and they've confirmed they're looking into the matter around the sign in the car park saying 'fine'
