Hi, I am looking at the schedule of costs in @wobs2k statement and there is 16 hours of preperation at his hourly rate. How do I go about it with my dad being retired and me doing most of the work? Do we say here that his time as a retired person is worth nothing? Or do I just list stationery and travel? Please advise.0

And if he's retired then ordinary costs may not be allowed (other than travel etc.) ... and costs for your time aren't considered as the work is presented in his name (as the defendant).Jenni x3

The WS by @ricky_balboa shows a higher costs schedule.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, still nothing from BWLegal. I need to get the WS to them and the court by Tuesday 21.06. Do I gain anything by delaying posting the WS? Would prefer to avoid a situation where something goes wrong and it doesn't arrive there by the deadline. Is the proof of postage sufficient evidence to protect myself?0

Also, do I have to list the travel costs now or deal with it when in court?0

You'll be emailing it to the local court and Bw, as seen on every court thread nowadays.
Do not send it early, you want to see theirs first, if possible, so you can comment on their dross.
Is it definitely a hearing in person?
If so, then you could put 'travel costs to the hearing approx £xx - exact sum TBA'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
