What is the issue date from the CCBC claim form ?

The 30 days LBC is largely irrelevant now

If you haven't already done so , email a SAR to the DPO at the PPC and attach a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data , also attach copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D too

The AOS online is done 5 to 19 days after the issue date

Ask the administration staff to reopen the old thread and merge this thread to it

The old thread and PPC is Countrywide Parking Management

Nobody is going to Northampton , unless you actually live in or very close to Northampton

Google your local Civil court in Dorset

I have asked for the old thread to be reopend. Will continue there when it is done.

The issue date is 29th Nov 2021.

I have requested SAR in 2019 and still have it.

    'ere yer go!

They have added what appears to be an extra unlawful amount for debt collection. This amounts to double recovery and some Judges have dismissed an entire claim because of this. Read this and complain to your MP.

    Excel v Wilkinson

At the Bradford County Court, District Judge Claire Jackson (now HHJ Jackson, a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge) decided to hear a 'test case' a few months ago, where £60 had been added to a parking charge despite Judges up and down the country repeatedly disallowing that sum and warning parking firms not to waste court time with such spurious claims.   That case was Excel v Wilkinson: G4QZ465V, heard in July 2020 and leave to appeal was refused and that route was not pursued.  The Judge concluded that such claims are proceedings with 'an improper collateral purpose'.   This Judge - and others who have since copied her words and struck dozens of cases out in late 2020 and into 2021 - went into significant detail and concluded that parking operators (such as this Claimant) are seeking to circumvent CPR 27.14 as well as breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   DJ Hickinbottom has recently struck more cases out in that court area, stating: ''I find that striking out this claim is the only appropriate manner in which the disapproval of the court can be shown''.

However, a VCS appealed this so it may not apply in all cases, read this

Also consider complaining to The SRA about the solicitor if one is involved. They are full aware of the unlawful nature of this addition yet persist in adding it.

If I understand correctly I can choose the court, I have seen in another thread that Southampton is the place to go? It is not too far from us. Or does it have to in our town?

Choose either , or what is preferable to you , but the court may have other ideas , but in any case it won't be Northampton. Most court cases are now by video link or telephone link anyway !

If your town doesn't have a Civil court or civil justice centre , then it won't be your town !

But that is the DQ stage , you are at the defence stage , not the later N180 stage

At defence stage, use the forum template defence.

Do we know your date of issue and the date you did the AOS online (as per the NEWBIES thread pictorial guide to AOS) yet?

Send a pm to @soolinand ask if they can re-open the old thread and merge the 2 threads, so we have context as to what your PCN is all about.
