Nice
Our pays in and divided up already hehe
Will be great to get that loan off ur books; watching the monthly DDs come down is often as good as the overall debt pile fallingAdmin for Tilly Tidy to £1825 DFW challenge: 2021

Ha you're so lucky!
I noticed yesterday that a payment went out on a finance agreement that ended last month (not sure I mentioned that on here as it was only £21 a month) still got to get on the phone to them today and ask them what they're playing at?!
Other things, got a 20% off voucher code for dog food today which is only valid for 24 hours...the pooch does need food, do I take advantage of the 20% saving or wait until payday (Friday) and pay full price.
Also got the car insurance renewal quote through yesterday need to shop around for that, not in a position to pay for the annual balance so will need to have a mooch around see what the offers are like.Wobbling my way out of debt one month at a time

If you have the money available then I'd definitely use the 20% off voucher but if it means adding to your credit card then probably not.

I could do it without adding to my credit card, saves me £10 so probably worth doing before I go to bed tonight.Wobbling my way out of debt one month at a time

Def use the card, as long as it's not clashing with a 0% BT; that aside, as long as it hits the card and gets paid in next CC payment it's effectively interest free
👍😉
I bulk bought a lot tonight in tesco; stuff like mayo, dated to next summer & reduced in Tesco.
I used the cash i've been holding for final car bits and our personal spend but I can stay in the black with those during Sept and adjust the budget; so bagged the saving myselfAdmin for Tilly Tidy to £1825 DFW challenge: 2021

I forgot to order the dog food before bed the other night so missed out on the savings but nevertheless the pooch needs to eat so will buy some tonight once I've tinkered with the spreadsheet and know what's what.
4 sleeps to final loan payment

It can't come soon enough, initially we were going to just go full on clear the CC with the same amount as the loan repayments, however Mr FTD and I are doing our house up and there are some things we need to get.
We might scale back the CC payments a bit to help us out, still overpaying the minimums but might take a little longer to clear, it's all 0% so not in a big hurry to get it gone.
Scoured my emails and found a 15% off code for the dog food so I still managed to save some money.Wobbling my way out of debt one month at a time

Updated my signature, 90% of debt paid.
CC payment made today £45 (just above the minimum payment required)
I think the weekend may be a bit spendy due to aforementioned home improvements, it is a bank holiday after all.
