I don't share your unbridled optimism on this TD.But surely county court judges are no longer unfamiliar with the hundreds/thousands of Private Parking Company fake claims passing through the courts each month, and many must aware of the failings of ANPR, which is not used by Local Authorities.
One (of two) of our marines confirmed down today (other missing in action - no report!) persuades me to be somewhat rather diffident.
