Logged in to provide new meter reading, and see that the statement that was recalculated on 9th March is no longer correct and now the online account shows that march payment has gone through but still not applied to my electricity account.

Those of us who have been with Ovo for a long time and have had no problems with their accounting are now seeing errors and omissions in our statements and bills.
