    Really pleased to read the post and see you found his details.


    If you pursue him in the County Courts it will be via the Small Claims Court. Generally you can't claim back any legal fees so best to do this without incurring lawyers costs. If you get judgement against him he may not pay and then you would need to enforce the judgement, which comes at more costs but these are added on to the amount owed.


    If trading standards get enough complaints about him they will have to take action.


    I really hope you get the justice you deserve
