A revised cost order is a deflection anyway. If there were costs due to one sides unreasonable behaviour then the person who behaved unreasonably should pay.

I think we all agree on that, but I am reliably informed, the nurses had to pay it all.

Shocking when you read the transcript posted by bargepole, of what led to the unreasonable costs order.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That person gave them quite the run around re service address.
Even said during the hearing that it would not apply as his address was in Scotland. I think the judge was as stated bemused by his assertions
  • I have had a snotty email from the other fake account we

Defendants in nurses case had no notification of anyone being taken off the costs order other than one doctor.

There were other hearings listed for people contesting being associated all failed.

Not one noted was by the individual asserting so here.
He was as far as all concerned aware liable.

As far as me being truthful and honest
Well I put my hand up and had my name added to that schedule and I paid my contribution in.

So nosy rosy. Specially for you.
When all money is collected in from the other parties similar to your best mate then it will be given back to those who paid their share in a timely manner

Conversations that you refer to with legals were them informing me of your little friends past.

Your friend is lucky not to have a ccj against his fake name and your personal address because myself and other staff covered the shortfall.

Now do yourself a favour and go buy that toy from the link I sent you and let that get rid of some of your frustrations.

    Goodnight and god bless

What annoys me is that grinning photo of Simon Renshaw-Smith handing over a cheque to charity as if he is some kind of philanthropist. He caused many motorists so much stress he must be costing the NHS a fortune in stress related illness, I am a great believer in karma. Stress is one of the main causes of illness. Interesting read, 'The Telomere Effect'.

Dont let that "pair" worry you. They think they are clever but they are not. You should hear how the parking companies describe that women!!..
I wonder if she paid what he was ordered to at that recent hearing she was involved in?
