That person gave them quite the run around re service address.
Even said during the hearing that it would not apply as his address was in Scotland. I think the judge was as stated bemused by his assertions

There were other hearings listed for people contesting being associated all failed.

Not one noted was by the individual asserting so here.
He was as far as all concerned aware liable.

What annoys me is that grinning photo of Simon Renshaw-Smith handing over a cheque to charity as if he is some kind of philanthropist. He caused many motorists so much stress he must be costing the NHS a fortune in stress related illness, I am a great believer in karma. Stress is one of the main causes of illness.
