What I posted, was the Approvedl transcript of the Judgment, and discussions after Jydgment regarding Costs. It was not 'premature'.

If there was a subsequent variation of the Costs Order, perhaps you would care to post the text of it on here, or a Dropbox link to the document?

So what do we have here. A pair of individuals making wild allegations in respect of published accounts

Stating clearly and in writing that he would be ensuring it was set aside and that needs must he would take all the costs away from the staff involved

Costsof £26k were awarded because that same person had actually threatened to slash the tyres of a witness who was there on behalf of zzps. I say cleverly as it was done whilst I and others were stood there and slipped under our radar. Much to my shame.

I reiterate that I made very clear {Edited by Forum Team} was not wanted as a rep he refused to leave.
The reason for this is I have a penchant for wanting (as many other parent would)ensuring convicted child sex offenders are locked up away from our kids.

A search of the database highlighted a case one day and up popped a photograph. I was appalled to realise that phot of an individual named {Edited by Forum Team} was known to me under the assumed name of {Edited by Forum Team}.
Now operating under the new name of {Edited by Forum Team} and touring at courts all over the U.K. !
I met his traineee lay rep (young girl approx 18) who then turned out to be his other half. (Much sick in mouth)

Now then I am sorry to say it is beneath me to have conduct with such convicted felons.
I have no criminal record- he has a collection it seems

My points made at the appeal were that we were all decent human beings and should be able to communicate without the acerbic brashness that is {Edited by Forum Team} nature

Narcissistic sociopath that he is, cough up your share you loser then maybe I may think you are a more decent sort of cretin worthy of some response

In the meanwhile... instead of sticking your nose in others business and forums. How about managing the work you have already been paid for by victims instead of failing them time and again then going after them for damages when they complain.

Or have you had more magistrate fines that need to be covered ?

To add {Edited by Forum Team} actually stated to myself that the prankster was in his employ and do as he was told,
This was in reference to posts made on the prankster blog site. {Edited by Forum Team} also confessed to writing many of those posts himself getting prankster to post them.

I do feel awful that I made contact with such a monster. The blog had painted this person as a knight in white armour for victims of parking company scams

A revised cost order is a deflection anyway. If there were costs due to one sides unreasonable behaviour then the person who behaved unreasonably should pay.
