These wardens are driven by sheer greed as they receive a bonus per ticket issued, and it is not uncommon for them to each earn bonuses of £500+ per month. There have been many fines given where either things accidentally fell out of pockets or even no litter was dropped. at all. The fact that they don't have to capture litter being dropped on video is totally wrong. These wardens have bodycams fitted and there are plenty of clips on You Tube of some of them becoming aggressive and threatening if people film them.
Thankfully, Kingdom were recently booted out of Liverpool for their shocking behavior. Here's another article from the Liverpool Echo listing some of their wardens shocking behavior

While Kingdom (the company) have now left Liverpool, I bet 95% of its former workforce are still there (local residents) but no longer have the 'protection' of their uniform.Thankfully, Kingdom were recently booted out of Liverpool for their shocking behavior.
