Natwest 10 years delinquent on file

I’m hoping you guys can help me. Just after uni in 2005 I got a £10000 loan and a £2000 credit card. You all know the young and stupid that follows that so I’ll skip it😊 after 2 years I couldn’t keep up with the loan repayments and I had maxed out the card! I missed several payments and NatWest gave the loan to a DCA. I eventually went to the citizens advice and we agreed a £1 for each account. At the time I was told the accounts would be defaulted on my credit record.
Fast forward to now and The DCA wrote to me with a full and final payment offer for the loan! The balance is £3300 and they offered me to pay £1200 and it would be marked partially settled on my credit record. This made me decide to look at my credit record and I realised that this loan and credit card were never defaulted and for 10 years now it’s marked as delinquent and that I’m missing payments. Should this be the case? If I settle it means the partially settled will be on my account for another 6 years. Is there anyone who can advise me on what to do?
Ps. The credit card has £800 balance now!
Please don’t judge me

By delinquent do you mean it’s been marked as AP (arrangement to pay)?
If so then it’s reporting accurately the current status0 -
There is nothing on my Equifax report that acknowledges an arrangement to pay. It just says delinquent0

What are the markers for each month showing?0

It’s all in red showing late payments!0

Contact them and ask them to correct it0

Update: I contacted NatWest and they said the default was placed in 2008 and fell off my account in 2014 but that as it still has not been paid off, it still reported as an unsettled debt so continues to show as that on my credit file0

The default should be removed.
Is the account actually closed?0 -
What NatWest said there is incorrect. Once an account is defaulted, it should be removed after six years, regardless of whether or not you are still paying it. Does your CRA entry for this actually specify a default date?0

The default is off my credit record, removed 2014. Cabot said they are not reporting it to any CRA’s and were happy that I am still paying the arrangement and told me to contact Natwest.
I contacted Natwest who said that yes it was defaulted in 2008 so the default would now be off my record but they still report it as missed payments because it has not been settled yet!0 -
I’m still paying through a DCA. They said they are not reporting it to any CRA’s0
