  • Has the DCA bought the debt from Natwest or just collecting on behalf of?

    If they’ve brought it then Natwest need to update your file with the closed date as the date they sold it

    Ok, I followed this up this morning and this is where I got too.
    Natwest sold the debt to cabot last year April but I was not updated on my file.
    Natwest is going to update this on my file and they said to give 2 weeks before checking again.
    Will take it from there in 2 weeks.
