Whats Your Worst Ever Christmas You Recieved

My Ex O/H got me a turkey baster for christmas once. Thought it would be useful for me cooking our first Christmas dinner
I did think of somewhere useful to store it ........:rotfl:After 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j
And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!0 -
not actually mine but my f-i-l bought his daughter, my s-i-l , a toothbrush for her birthday she was 18. Apparently it didnt go down well!0

One year my mum bought me a bronzing kit.....it was lovely but at the time I was a Goth........0

The most disappointing present I received was from my parents - I must have been about 11 at the time, a VATman calculator! I was and still am hopeless at maths so I guess they thought they were being helpful - all I really wanted was a French dictionary (much more useful!). Ohhh... I can picture it now.
The best present I ever had was for my birthday when my partner gave me £100 cash to spend in one day in London, I managed it but it was quite difficult.
Difficult..........I would have no problems in spending that in 5 minutes.............that's my problem :eek:Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

one year my uncles wife (they are since divorced) bought me when i was about 7 a horrid cotton wool holder (still don't know of any 7 year olds that use cotton wool) to make matters worse i hate the stuff and can't bear to even look at it let alone use it.0

I can see another one of the "worst christmas presents" coming - my dad went out and bought a build your own internal combustion engine kit  ! Bear in mind that this is for my 80yo grandfather whose eyesight is failing, and he bought it for him because years (decades) ago he had an ambition to take an engine apart and rebuild it!
Needless to say I didn't have any input into this "inspired" idea of his!0 -
thats men for you - there always be boys at heart!xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

A matching bright pink sweat top and pants with navyblue dots all over. It was the early 90s.
I never wore it:rolleyes: and eventually it went to the charity shop.0
