Thank you! Someone on this forum that is here to help! And not be sarcastic thanks mate

You've already been advised to read the NEWBIES, which was just underneath where you clicked on the newthread.gif button, and specifically asks you to read it before you start a new thread.

You have been asked a number of questions that are designed to help us help you, but you have failed to answer them.

You have posted in the style of a headless chicken running around, and that's why you have attracted certain comments.

Calm down, take a breath, read the NEWBIES, read the questions already asked and answer them, and perhaps you might start to make some progress.

Use the quote button so we know which questions and to whom you are responding.

Don't try doing any of this on a 'phone. It can't be done.

  • Go read the NEWBIES thread and make up your own mind on it. You are very unlikely to get someone here telling you to pay it. If you want to fight it, then you'll need to do as Fruitcake above suggests.

Please read the NEWBIES FAQS thread, and not on a phone as you won't see it properly.

    1) Hi I am an apprentice and only 21

    2) I have been driving for around 4 months and I am desperately in need of advice on how to beat this corrupt company.

    3) I have been ignoring the letters but I dont know what to do. I have read the newbie post and there is to much information.

    4) I am scared sick I have to pay 250£ and I can’t afford that due to my low income!

    5) I recieved a letter today that they will appoint court bailiffs to attend my property, and seize my vehicle. The letter also states they can make an application to see my earnings from my employer.

    6) Please can someone help me how do i go about getting them to stop sending me letters its worrying me sick!

    7) What steps do i need to take?

    8) Will they take me to court?

    Thanks guys!

    1) IRRELEVANT, happens to people between the ages of 17 and 117, regardless

    2) that is what the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread is for, no matter the length of anyones driving career (which again is irrelevant)

    3) bad idea, you should have come here sooner and appealed it using the blue text template appeal, so do that online or by post , as KEEPER, following whatever their NTK said as the means to appeal

    4) your ability to pay or not is irrelevant, even homeless unemployed people get taken to court and punished for breaking the law , be it squatting , public order or whatever

    5) WHO sent this letter ? CEL ? or a debt collector ? - WHO exactly ? and why is it £250 and not say £100 ?

    6) it definitely wont happen unless you pay the demand , IN FULL

they have 6 years in which to do this but wont have done it in only 4 months

    7) send the blue text template appeal to CEL for now, & possibly email their DPO as well with a SAR using the law called GDPR to get all your data

    8) PROBABLY (within 6 years)

    9) what was the date of the contravention ?

    10) how long after this date did the NTK arrive ?

A baylift is someone/somethng thatt steals parking bays, such as a private pakring company operating in a residentail car park/parking spaces.

Now for th serious bit, the newbies thread is huge, and can be quite imtimidating, so its best looked at ona decent screen, such as a main P.C

Get everything together, you said you ignored the letters, hopefuly you still have everything, if you letters demanding money, never throw them away, keep it all for at least six years.

Im assuming youve passed the so called appeal stages and are ow in the so called "debt" recovery process/threat-o-grams.

There is one option open, and thats a landonwer cancelation, the parking company will eb acting for and on behalf of a landowner, as its agent, with the landowner being principal.
If the landowner ( principal) tells the PPC to stop the PPC will have no option, however some PPCs are stubborn, and want your money, so they may try and stop this.
So an outright landowner cancellation should stop this, however a letter /communication ( such as email) from the landowner stating that they do not want this pursuing through the court system amd dont support the pakring compans actions in this respect should also put stop to the ppc (private pakring company) shenaningans.
The above should act as a golden ticket.

If it does go to cout, do not be worried, however you should never agree to a papers only hearing as it puts you at a distinct disadvantage.

under no curcumstances try and guess as to who was driving, no my mum/dad/uncle/brother/sister, no i did this, he did that, she did something.

and never phone, always email or write, or someting that leaves a trace, a record of your comunications, and no you cant record calls.

In order to help you, and have a better understanding of if/how to go about contacting the landowner, please answer the below:

Type of car park? location of car pak? who's car park? reason for initial parking charge notice?
if thi was an ovrstay was it under 10minutes? under 20 minutes? greater than 30 minutes? if an overstay were you nable to exit the car park for whatever reason? dounbe dip - two visits recored as one? and so on
