no court case YET = no bailiffs calling
I suspect its a Letter Of Claim (LoC or LBC) that you have received , or a debt collector letter
post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread will help you, but there is NOTHING you can do to stop the letters arriving, they will continue, including a possible court claim form from Northampton CCBC
so YES , they will probably take you to court0
