Help! Civil Enforcement Threatining to send baylifts around my house!
Treqqul
Hi I am an apprentice and only 21 I have been driving for around 4 months and I am desperately in need of advice on how to beat this corrupt company. I have been ignoring the letters but I dont know what to do. I have read the newbie post and there is to much information. I am scared sick I have to pay 250£ and I can’t afford that due to my low income!
I recieved a letter today that they will appoint court baylifts to attend my property, and seize my vehicle. The letter also states they can make an application to see my earnings from my employer.
Please can someone help me how do i go about getting them to stop sending me letters its worrying me sick!
What steps do i need to take?
Will they take me to court?
Thanks guys!

I bet the letter doesn't actually threaten that. Not unless you've been to court and lost.
The question therefore is have you been to court and lost? Is there a possibility you ignored court papers?0 -
Only a court can send bailiffs, and only if you lost and didn't pay.
Have you appealed at all? Have you made any contact with them at all?
If not, send the blue appeal template from the NEWBIES from The Keeper. Do not reveal the driver's identity, not even on here. Only ever refer to The Drive and The Keeper, who are two different people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Presumably at 21 you can vote, purchase alcohol, get a gun licence, drive a lethal weapon at 70mph, but not read signs on a private car park? How does being an apprentice make you less liable? Doesn't make any sense. You need to lose the feeling of being hard done by because of your age and employment status.Hi I am an apprentice and only 21 I have been driving for around 4 months and I am desperately in need of advice on how to beat this corrupt company.
What are they saying you did wrong?I recieved a letter today that they will appoint court baylifts to attend my property, and seize my vehicle. The letter also states they can make an application to see my earnings from my employer.
If they haven't already taken you to court they cannot employ either baylifts (!!!!!!) or bailiffs. Get a grip! Who is threatening that? Please can someone help me how do i go about getting them to stop sending me letters its worrying me sick!
OK, one of us will wave a magic wand for you shortly!
You need to calm down and read about how to deal with this. Would you like one of the experts here do this for you? You can then relax. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I think there may have been an element of sarcasm in that offer.
Who specifically is the letter off and does it say there has actually been a court hearing? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Civil enforcement and no court hearing0

Send it to the PPC by whatever means it told you on the NTK. If that is not possible then send it by post, first class from a PO counter and get the very important free proof of posting.
Note that this is only a delaying tactic.
Also complain to your MP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Oh dear. A bit like the tooth fairy and Father Christmas. Sorry, but it won't happen. I thought you were looking to off load your problem to someone else to deal with for an easy ride. It just doesn't work like that - very similar to real life in fact. You're going to have to do the spade work and heavy lifting, we will advise along the way.
You can start by answering the questions the forum has asked you so far, rather than jumping without thinking for the easy option. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
