My phone has died and apparently is not repairable. Is there any way the contacts, messages, photos can be retrieved please? I am a non- technical senior and never did any back ups! Lesson learned the hard way

When you got the phone and if you have added apps to it from google play store you should have used a google sign on perhaps4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Haha, very funny. I have found that my phone is synced(sp?) on my account but I can't find anything related to a back up0 -
